hey Roger, register on the bedsparkour forum. It gets used more than this forum =]

http://www.bedsparkour.co.uk

i train in Luton alot and i'm more a rocker than anything else, so that's cool. Just so you know, freerunning isn't the english name for parkour, freerunning and parkour are different things =]
hope to train with you soon man!

well first off if you mates are not into it hard times will follow trying to get em going second to start find your self a play ground erm or walls bike shucances (the things in the middle of paths to slow push bikes down) and start jumping them use www.youtube.com and look for tutorials there. some of them arnt great but the give a bit of isperation and then you go out and try the basics. stats simple after all pk is all about eficency lol well thats how i see it

ps sorry about spelling i cant spell to save my life lol
#
but i dont need to spell to practice pk
