Hi Guys,

Just to let you all know from July 09 - Andy at Swallows of Helston Gymnastics Club is running a freestyle gymnastics class on Wednesday eves 8.30pm - 10.30pm.

For ages 16 +

Perfect for parkour fans wishing to try out and improve their skills.

Call the gym on 01326 574224 to book a place.

£5 payable on the door (annual BGA membership also payable.

im 13, so im a bit interested into as why its for 16+?

Surely in a gym its safer to do parkour or freestyle gymnastics then outdoors? And seeming as im going to be doing it outside anyway, why are you preventing me and others below the age restriction from training safely?

I could do that, I do abit of trampolining. But I'm not very good, I can do backflips front flips and side flips so i might be a bit crap.

it is not just about the flips lol its about getting from a 2 b in the most eficient way posibble

i agree with renorak
im 14 and i love parkour but i have no one to train with me i would rely like to be part of a big group so we could learn together i can do some the basics and a few others (no flips) and would realy like to no how to roll after a big jump. seeming as when i tried last i popped my shoulder lol

Im guessing its all to do with insurance and stuff guys? Yeah zacary i would like to know more I'm really up for doing it.
