That's a nice post pan. I am interested in any runs around the douglas area. I used to do a bit of parkour back in london but i stopped for about 6 months while i moved here. I never was very good mind.......

I know a great place, it is 8 high street, Douglas. I will be there with my parkour crew, hope you can be there - 5pm this saturday

hi guys, u guys keep askin if anyone knows places to do it, u see places round town or anywhere. its fun as hell, just pick a random wall and u got a playgrounbd although there are some sweet trainin jumps at the velux behind kfc, there is trainin jumps between benches and different walls and stufff. the biggeswt jump there is 8 feet with a 4ft drop, its fun trainin man!
