Guy threw a rock at my head outta his window while i was vaulting his garden fence .......cut it real bad.....

my worst was a shattered, dislocated and broken foot and ankle, that was when i first started, got very drunk and desided to do a front flip off, shamefully, a four foot high block onto grass. needless to say i landed wrong. but im still doing pk so im alright. even with two screws in my right foot. so, my advise is practice practice practice and dont drink, atall
lol
not one injury since, touching wood.
