Come on, someone else has got to come. Biomech? Godsbrother (provided you're still there, you seem to have stopped posting)?

nice one monkey boy, looks like this saturday could be a good un! ;D
lol manson ur still gonna be better than me mate, i am basically a total beginner and have never had the chance to hav a proper go at pk. btw guys, what sort of moves can the ones who've done it before pull off? can any of u do somersaults or backflips, or do that cool thing running up a wall? those are the 2 things i reckon im gonna struggle with.

I can do cat leaps, vaults, climb lots as I am strong. But I cannot do anything technically difficult, as I do not practise nearly enough. I also have very bad knees, so I have to be really careful about some stuff.

Cool. Hey, is there anything suggested that we wear for this, or just trainers and whatever?

OK I've finally signed up to this site! Yeah I was wondering bout what 2 wear for pk, but im guessing you dont wanna wear anything too nice cos rails and concrete walls can be kinda dirty, but normal trainers are prob good 2 wear. i was also wondering about having phone and wallet in pockets and stuff, is that a bit of a problem?

Well, on one hand, you're more likely to fall over. On the other, it's less likely to hurt! Personally I don't drink anyway so I plan on trying not to fall over.
