Hi Ed. Nice to hear of more people who are into pk. There's a bunch of us meeting for a jam at the Sixth Form in Hereford this Saturday at 12 noon. Come along if you want. We're all of different standards (me and tom are newbies, manson's been doing it on and off for a year, and monkey boy practices every day apparently), so it'll probably be pretty cool no matter how much pk you've done before. See you there?

hey ed, sounds cool, you should come to this thing on sat, perhaps show us where the best spots are and that, i reckon we could get a full on pk crew in hereford at this rate, after i've done enough and we got some good moves going i might make a few movies, send em to extreme sports channel.
lol u never kno...

That sounds cool (possibly jumping slightly ahead of ourselves there, but cool nonetheless). There's a group of us at my local mountainboard centre in the midst of doing something similar for mountainboarding (funnily enough). We're just using a couple of digital cameras, and we've cool some really good footage. With any luck, my band (Nation in Disgrace) is going to do some of the soundtrack for it. Shameless plug, I know, but poop it. Need the promotion!

cool, sounds like a good project, i was gonna do something similar with biking and use a mates band as the soundtrack, but it didnt really work, all i got was loads of onboard footage where the camera kept falling off the handlebars and was really shaky, and my biking skills arent up to the standard where they look good stunts wise, i just wizz down little trails at speed ;D, not so good at jumps. good luck with the mountainboard film, it sounds wicked. ;D lol yeh i agree about getting ahead of ourselves. in time...

hey it's me again, remember we got a jam going on tomorrow at 12 at the steps outside college, anyone's welcome to come, we can then have a bit of a meet up, find some good spots and so on, cos i know most of us are unsure of where to go really, i know i am.

Alright again guys. I have just been advised from my doctor to not do any running at all. I have always had super sketchy knees, and normal jogging and PK especially is putting far too much stress on them. He says: don't ever go skiing or snowboarding, or do any running particularly, as if I'm not careful i'll need an op to fix them! poop.

hey went up to the college today as well, met luigi and another guy called steve who's been browsing these forums and reckoned he would come along, steve reckons he saw king kong and jj doing a bit of pk down there too. we had a look round, found a couple of neat spots for some nice vaults and wall running, lol i got to know my weaknesses so i can work on them. it was pretty good but i reckon it was a bit too wet, the surfaces got too slippery to do anything more than a bit of mucking around and simple techniques, but not bad for a first time effort and i reckon its good we went from watching jump britain to actually getting involved in just over a week. sorry to hear about that manson mate, it seems fair enough you didnt turn up! so, who's in for a full on session some time? sort out a date and get as many in as poss
