Hey all, im pretty much new to parkour but me and my mates have started properly getting into it since watching Jump Britain (along with everyone else in the UK it seems ). How often do you guys practice? We're gonna be in town tommorow doing it, any good spots you can suggest? BTW - Behind leftbank is a brilliant spot but you may get told to get off

I was going to go up today, but its all wet Hopefully Ill get out sometime this week gotta workon a routine for a video innit Ah yes, behind left bank, i forgot about there. Also meta, the college is great, the multistorey, the cattle market, the subways are okish but the rails on the tops make it harder to precision, um, the middle of town, the bus stop behind the cinema, etc etc

Hey, was in today doing parkour with my mate, a brilliant place to go is round at the magistrates court, we were there for a good half hour before being "moved on". Also managed to get down the college, where i gimped my ankle vaulting down a 12 foot drop . What days do you people practice?

is that the college drop or something like that i go up on sundays in the afternoon with jj we pratice vaults i did the nine step by the tech doors it hurt ankles when i landed but okay . if too many people start doing parkour the council are going to put up harder and bigger rails making it more interesting so get as many people as possible to do this.

If people are getting hurt and pains from jumps, it means youre doing them wrong. Dont forget, Parkour isnt about who can jump off the highest building,if it were, I think Johnny Yau would win, and lets not forget he (last I heard) is still in intensive care with brain damage.
Also, if you keep practicing in places people dont want you to and give nuts to the cops, security, etc, forcing the council to make bigger, higher, more risky rails and the like, youre going to give parkour a bad name and shouldnt really be referring to it as PK.

If poss i'd be up for a meet-up later in half term, say on the thursday. I'd bring me camera and stuff to get some shots onto the net.
