Well... the first meeting is set, it is:
Newport Youth Club, 7 pm start, monday the 14th of march. it is £2 to join the youth club, and then it is 25p a session, I think the sessions will be 2 hours long.
so turn up at the youth club on monday with £2.25, and be ready to sign up and meet new free runners, from slightly experienced to beginners to more experienced runners and a few random people that will be happy to give things a go...
see you there, over and out Gaterella

unfortunately, mondays are the only day they have free at the moment, but there will be an opportunity to have it on the weekends soon...
alternatively, you can come to cowes and meet up with us on a wednesday evening when we are running!

As you may know, monday the 14th of march was the first session... due to illness and lack of contact there were only three of us...
but... using the little equipment we had and the help of Robin, the youth leader, we had a pretty good session, working on our landings, how to make them softer and more precise...
we need more of you though, it is £2 to join the youth club, but then it is only 25p a session, that's 2 hours for 25p... can't say better than that can you...
also, we are going to use equipment that Robin said we can use, and also odd bits and bobs, to create boxes of all different sizes to vault over, maybe some wooden walls of some sort aswell...
but... we need more people involved to help us do it... hopefully next week there will be at least 6 of us!
so come along, 25p ain't a lot, and it gives us somewhere to practice the harder more dangerous moves.

Update: there is a chance that a high school will be donating the youth club old equipment for us to use, it may need us to fix it up a bit, but it's proper good equipment...
Hope you're still running, hopefully see you on the next monday...

Well again it is Monday, so tonight is back to free running after a week off due to bank holiday stuff...
Hopefully we will have new gym equipment thanks to Robin picking it up from a high school that donated it...
so if you've been before bring your 25p, you know where and when.
if you've never been, it's at Newport youth club, 7pm until 9pm, £2 to join the youth club and then 25p a session... it's not a lot a money is it?!
hopefully see people there.
