Hey guys. I train with some people from Bristol and we are doing a charity event where we go through a load of towns and Maidstone is one of them. Can I get some info on where, when you meet etc. and if anyone is interested in helping out or joining us on our journey.

There is more to getting started with Parkourthen running and jumping off buildings. The sport/art can be a great time, if you learn how to get started .

Figured I'd revive this thread for 2014, keep the tradition going, haha.
So, anyone in Maidstone want to teach me how to run about without breaking my neck email me syruswise(at)aol.com
Cheers
