...you need help because you don't know why you're not getting hurt?
You just don't subject yourself to things that will break the bone.
I've broken 19 bones, and I've had one major injury. This is because I subject myself to things that will break my bones. I ski... I've broken 6 bones while skiing, 10 bones due to basketball/baseball (all 10 fingers). the other two: one was due to the only fight I've ever been in... a good punch to my side broke my rib, and the other was due to a bike accident, I lost control of my bike, took a bad fall, broke my wrist.
The fact is that your bones are only going to break if you put them in situations where they will. Also... they will break if you are out of shape and don't drink enough milk... (Osteoporosis, anyone?) And as far as the sick thing goes... you just have a stregthened immune system. I don't get sick often either.

legs and arms are the strongest of all your bones. It takes a lot to break them, I've only as much as fractured my fibra(or is it fibre...) and the nose is also something that's rarely broken... you have to jam it... that's about the only way to break it, as it's just mostly cartilage. And Osteoporosis is just as common in men as in women. ( www.nof.org/men/ )

...no... osteoporosis occurs due to your bone structure failing. If you don't excersize, and don't drink milk, you'll contract osteoporosis. The only reason women get it more is due to pregnancy (added weight on the front). But, it's pretty much a 2:1 ration. Which is not that offset.
