Ok - seven boards - 8 including this one, it's gettin a bit much. So here's what we propose, Kirk and Lonestar are the two that met with the paper and there's another 2 or 3 of us that have been in this from the start so we want to do it right, it's not about leaders and crews (unless you really want that) it's about gettin organised.
I've chatted with Kirk so I know he's cool with this and I'm pretty sure Lonestar'll be down too. There's a lot of interest from some younger guys (and girls) out there as well as the older set. So... we split up into two main groups, one under 16's and another 16+ the main reason for this is to train and run with people our own age and abiity so we can all benefit! We can arrange jams when we all get together, which will be cool no doubt, but keep some order for daily, weekly stuff.
If we all co-operate with this it can start well and go from there - I'll start by making a under 16's and a + board - we'll all take it from there. Peace!

hey wassup. Im in a crew based in bracebridge heath. We have been freerunning for 2 years this summer. There is only 3 of us (sometimes we get 'tag alongs') we are very excited about what you people are trying to do. as it obviously helps us. Our main spot to session is the NHS building behind the cricket pitch in BBH. but we also have ok sessions at the 'odeon car park' in town. we realise most of you have only just started parkour but it would be great to meet up with some people who are interested in progressing.

Me and my crew progress has been quite slow over the last couple of months but since xmas. when someone we know got a trampoline. we have learnt quite a few flips. For example. i can now almost backflip- i turn slightly at an angle and still put my hands down occasionally. my mate cal' has perfected his backflips and has learnt the 180backflip and 180frontflip and is currently working on the 360frontflip. The trick to learning on a trampoline is to gradually reduce the amount you let the trampoline help you by not bouncing as high during the set up.
