Hello people,
im a sport development student and i would be interested in setting up a Parkour development initiative in Liverpool. I could help attract funding and premises (for gym training etc). If anybody would like to be involved or can offer me a bit of feedback on the idea, reply or email me at secretnamenumberone(at)hotmail.com

I think alot of people arent realising exactly how hard parkour is. I mean, people have seen Jump Britian, and now they want to be as good as those guys. Those guys have been doing it for a long time, and theres no quick secret on how they do that stuff, just practise.
So if your into parkour now, after watching jump britain...id say, make sure its what you want to do, because it takes a lot of dedication and drive to get that far. if your gonna be bored of it in a week or two, after you have seen a new TV program...i wouldnt waste my time if i were you.
with all that said and done...ive been doing it on my own for a long time now, and im gonna keep it that way.

Parkour is something that has been around for years and it has strong basis which people may overlook.IT IS A CLASSLESS SPORT THE NERDS,DORKS AND MEATHEADS CAN ALL JION IN BECUASE OF THE SPIRIT AND ETHOS OF FREE RUNNING. THE ALPHA MALE AND THE HUNTERS THE PRIDE AND THE PACK. nO ONE NEEDS TO BUY THE LATEST BOARD,BIKE OR IN-LINES AND YOU CAN RUN IN ANYTHING INCLUDING YOUR UNDERWEAR AS ITS AN ATTITUDE-A DISIPLIN,NEVER MOCK ALWAYS ENCOURAGE,THOSE WHO ARE NOT STRONG OR SUITED WILL LEAVE WHEN ITS RIGHT,IF YOU GO TO THE PEACE TABLE OR TO WAR YOU DONT LEAVE HALF OF YOUR SOLDIERS OR TACTICS AT HOME DO YOU? fOR THOSE WHO WANT TO RUN ALONE RUN ALONE! BUT BE MINDFUL YOU WILL ONLY GET TO THE HIEGHT OF YOUR OWN kNOWLEDGE AND WILL NEVER GET THE CHANCE TO SHARE THAT OF OTHERS,THERE ARE SOME GREAT INDIVIDUALS OUT THERE AND THEY HAVE AND WILL CREATE SOME GOOD MOVES, fOR THOSE WHO DID WATCH jUMP BRITIAN AND NOT JUST SEE IT THEY WILL REALISE THAT EVEN THE FRENCH LEARNT SOMETHING FROM THE ENGLISH AAND IN TRUE PARKOUR SPIRIT HE RETURNED THE FAVOUR AND GAVE SOMETHING BACK. eNOUGH sIAD, RUN AS FAST AS YOUR HEART CAN BEAT,TO THE ECHOS AND THE JUNGLE DRUM IN THE STREET. THIS IS THE SPIRIT AND THE ATTITUDE........BE SAFE AND BE SENSIBLE AND ALWAYS GET PERMISSSION FOR THE SITES AND THE OLD WOMAN WILL ALWAYS SAY."wOW THAT IS INCREDIBLE-THATS REALLY SOMETHING" AND NOT "THERE A BLOODY MENACE AND ALWAYS CAUSIN TROUBLE AND I FEAR OF BEING MUGGED"! aPOLIGIES FOR THE RANT.....................
