Hi fagan88! First off, I reckon you need to think about what is exactly that you want to learn in the gym. If you want to try simple things like lazy vaults and underbars, you only need to turn up to one of our regular jams, and I'll be more than happy to help. If you want to go to learn gymnastic things like wallflips and aerials, the gym is not strictly necessary, but it is definately a good idea! I know of two gyms in Norfolk that are good for training. One is in on Sale Road in Heartsease. Good for learning purely gymnastic things (but watch out; they don't like freerunning - related things like wallspins). The other is the one I go to, at Easton College. Although they don't have a foam pit, they have plenty of other stuff, and the instructors there seem pretty happy for us to learn whatever flips / kicks / vaults etc we feel like. Either way, go to www.norwich-parkour.com, and read through some of the forum. I hope to see you soon!
