watched jump britain last night ... fun!!
it seems i was into this stuff as a kid .... climbing and jumping over stuff ... now they've given it a name ... seems to make running more interesting ... might be time to take it up .. i live up near alnwick too.

i watched jump london and jump britain and its mad i am thinkin of startin it..i am only 13 i wud only be like jumpin wall to wall stuff but stil sumik and i liv in newcastle aswell

I really want to start doing parkour properly, been mucking around on walls and stuff) i live in northumberland and i would also like to go to a training center, if there is any near newcastle, any one know of any?

hey all, there's some details on spots at: kiell.com/hotspots/newcastle/index.htmand some stuff about warming up and training at: www.another site.co.uk/articles/articles.htm i've never done this stuff before, but am likely to get hooked after watching jump britain. our only problem is going to be the sheesh weather! i say everyone get training and get fit, and let's organise some stuff in the summer. see you all there!
