Another newby to the scene having watched the channel 4 program last night. I went straight out after the program to give it a try on some of the walls near my house! I will probably send out some e-mails to the guys on this forum already, but feel free to contact me on are_you_local240(at)lycos.co.uk is anyone feels like getting together to train.

Hi
yet another who saw the programme last night - was wondering if someone could give me a few tips- do i need to start of with all that indoor training stuff they were doing? or is best to jest go straight onto real walls and the like? If anyone could recommend any good spots in the Lenton/QMC area, that'd be cool as well J

hello all
getting together is a great idea but it would have to be in small groups of around about 2 to 3 because the best place to start off is your local park (slides etc) it provides minor obstcales and has a soft cusion type matrial surrounding it so we wont hurt ourselves as much and 2 to 3 people would be just enough to support each other and work together without over crowding the place than we can all maybe meet up sometime and than show what we can all do, and you also have to keep in mind that some people's parents maybe reluctant to let there kids join up with someone they have met up on the internet and also by the sounds of this forum most of us here including me are new to this discipline and have gotten caught up in it by watching the jump britian program on c4 and what we also need to do is create sub catagories for our area e.g people from the basford area, people from the beeston and lenton area etc. or maybe for us 15 year olds going into a collage we can perhaps track people down who will be going to the same collage, THAT WOULD BE AWESOME!!!(i will hopefully be going to bilborough collage)
tell me what you all think about my ideas and if you disagree or agree with them please tell me and perhaps we can talk about it and change it
Regards To All Moe ;D
