Hi lads,
here are Robert and Patrick speaking to you.
First of all, we did get up quite late in the morning, because some people did think we have to put the clock backwards. Anywaz, it was raining and wet. So that we were parkouring though the islands to the Tescos and then back to Sarsa for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 5pm. We had to give up in Tescos because I got a krampf.
Sorry Thomas we did read your message too late. But we'll see you tomorrow at L'Arche. We'll join you doing parkour at (at)4pm.
To ALL of you, come at 4:10 to the Islands (white wee bridge). See what parkour is about.
Looking forward seeing you Thomas.
WHAT ABOUT THE GYM ON WDNESDAY??? Please ask again and be friendly and tell them that we are nice and stuff like this. PLEASE!!!
See you
Triple P

Today at 4.10 pm on ness islands, just at the suspended bridge, Dores road side. Then we would go through the islands using the natural environment, then back from starting point.

Hi guys,
where are you lads? Sitting on you lazy bum in a too comfortable coach or what? Thomas, Robert and I did a great parkour on the Islands. It was lot of fun.
Tomorrow I am off more or less. I am going to go to Aviemore, hiking and chatching some nice pictures. But on Wednesday and Thursdaz and Friday there is time to do parkour. I'll write you when and where tomorrow evening. (22.30) And what about the gym??? It maz fit if we do it maybe earlier at 4:30 or something. PLEASE REPLY!!!!
Saturday I'd love to go to Glasgow! But not alone. Who is coming with me? Thomas would you make sure that the parkour retreat is going to take place?
I'd love to see you lads.

hey. there realy is nothing we can do about the gym sorry. as for the parkour the last few months have been a little slow. with the weather being so random we havent realy been making plans as the weather normaly stops them in thre tracks. im gonna try and get out everyday for the rest of the week and il talk to others for you. just keep posting tims and we will se who shows up. if im honest a few of us have been keeping in touch over msn and make the plans as little as 30 min before the meet so thats why the posts are not as often. its the only way to cobat the unpredicable weather. Im gonna try and arrange a met on wednesday night at 6pm from castle depending on the weather of course. its still not a garantee but il update later on to confirm. Hope you have a good time tomorrow and i hope to see you on wednesday. i will be out tomorrow at 4.30 from the castle (just and easy place to meet) depending on the weather of course. iv been working on some new movements over the last week or so that i think im ready to try and put to the test so im looking forward to that. hope everyone is well and il see you guys soon

Hi Pave, thanks for your response. It is reallz a pittz that there is no way of parkouring in the gym this week . But anyway parkour goes on. As I had been invited for dinner in L'Arche at 6:00, I'd like to change the time of the meeting to 5pm at the castle. Is that possible? Enjoy doing new movements, do the fisrt step and the nesxt time you'll be further than you think. Triple P

I think I'll be having an 'early bird tomorrow morning: 5.30am from the castle. Weather should be good tomorrow. As a matter of fact I'd like to draw your attention to the met-office website where they give mostly accurate weather forecasts to rely on; at least I rely on them for my job, not every thing is perfect but it gives you a great idea of what to expect, and avoid frustration when you can't pk: www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/he/he_forecast_weather.htmlSo see you tomorrow for those who want. Hi Thomas,
I just came back from Aviemore. It was amazing, the whole scotland in peace.
I am in tomorrow: 5:30am castle. Please wait when I am late as the way from Soarsa is quite long. I am definately coming, when it is not raining of course. About Robert I am not sure. We'll see.

Hey lads,
to everyone: The area around the football academy (next to soarsa, L'Arche) is a paradise for people doing parkour with all challange-levels. It is fenomenal, absolutely amazing. I am going to practice there now.
Therefore, suggestion: today 7.30pm meet at academy school or at the caste and then to Bellfield park (trinacria). Please reply. Tomorrow is sure: early birds 5.30am --> academy school. Thomas, you could come with the car if you life and then have a drink in Soarsa, that offer is for all of you.
So see you at the new hot spot.

hey guys just had a random person give me a some info i think you might be intrested in. on saturday the 24th may there will be a free running work shop at eden court. it is designed for adults and will run from 14.00 - 17.00. it will be floowed up by a showing of the film district 13 in the cinima. the session costs £5 or if you want to see the film as well then it is £7.50.
it says that there will be a short introduction to the sport with safty tips and things lik that then we will be alowwed to use the gym there and around the building to do free running. im not sur if it just a case of the people calling parkour free running but might be worth a look.

.30pm at the castle; and yes, Patrick I know the area you went to, my experience there, was better in the early morning than the rest of day, as what I was doing attracted ennoying individuals. So for tomorrow morning, I'll have a look on the met-office, then I post my answer.
For Peave, free-running and parkour are the same; and if the event really happens then I suggest the topic should appear on its own in our web-area; and I'd see everybody who've been doing parkour in Inverness to turn up, and represent our city. By the way I wander who the organisers invited to promote Parkour.
