If there's enough people interested we should hold a meet in a Coffee bar (i would say pub but there's a few under 18's) and try and organise something for the Lothian region. Maybe with enough people interested we could hire gym space once a week. Good for doing warm ups (yes, u should be doing these before any major run when you get past 14 ), precision jumping, acrobatic skills, cool down. It's always best to practice some of these moves with mats first. Anyway, shout back if interested. Jack

am down 4 that man, but am only 14. a would only go if the older runners took me seriously. it's harder 4 us younger ones, coz theres no one our age with any experiance. anyways, a'd be happy to do anythin to get a gym started coz we need one!

my son is only six and he loves to free run, the gymn idea would be great and don't knock young kids they are generally alot fitter than us! no alchohol or body fat to slow them down!

Hey J here. would be happy top meet up and get into Parkour. Im a bit of a strawberry yet so ill need some help. people are supposed to be meeting up in edinburgh 15 this saturday. ill be along if i get a reply form anybody. p.s To shorty, you may only be 14, i started skating when i was 12. just think how good youll be when you get to my age. your elders are the best people to ask if your stuck.
