the double leg has got almost no technique to it. Just try to keep your back parrallel to the ground and your legs at right angle to your back. the rest is about a power. Get a good run up and powerhorse your way round from there. You probably don't want to try it untill you've masterred the front, back, sideflip and aerial and once you've developed your muscles
