Hey guys. We've decided to organise a workshop day in Glasgow using all of the Glasgow Parkour Coaching coaches and apprentices to allow us to share our knowlege with communities all over Scotland. We plan to run a regimented workshop at Rottenrow, with a view to it being a really really big and busy day. I've just launched my Parkour Coaching group, and I would love all of you from everywhere in Scotland to come down and get a feel for how we teach(we've learned a huge amount from the Parkour Generations Guys in London), and hopefully you can take something away. The workshop will be open to anyone of any level - come along wether it's you're first day or you have been training for years. We will be designing a training programme to cater for everyone. It's also a great opportunity for everyone in scotland to build their communties' relationships. The workshop day will take place on Saturday 5 April Rottenrow Starting sharp at 11.30am.What we want to make really clear, is that this will be an extremely hard, regimented training day rather than a 'Jam.' The usual Jams are a great way to meet people and share ideas but we feel within a workshops atmosphere there will be a much larger amount of knowledge shared. I really hope we can make this a success. If you want more information on Glasgow Parkour Coaching - check out glasgowparkourcoaching.comcheck out www.glasgowparkour.co.uk forums for more details on the workshops. Who's in? ?

I'm interested.
I'm familiar with a lot of Glasgow, but not with Rottenrow. Is there a good bus service there from, say Dundee ?
