But hey why the hell not now I've got a perfectly good excuse now... What are you doing? Excercise... I really need to work on my landing, I keep doing my stomache in when I land.

As I haven't been here to long, I've only found the uni (especialy Penbryn) to be a good spot, andthe castle.

hi all,
well i just got back from my first jam around aber and it was awesome (if a little wet!)
places of interest: - bottom of consti, through railings onto the beach, roll out (got sand in me pants!) - law courts? (nr scholars) awesome railings etc - seats/flowerpots(filled with concrete) along the seafront. -carpark nr the cinema carpark nr somerfield
theres also a childrens play area near penparcau methinks, that would be pretty awesome for practice.

Bet this forum's been flooded since Friday night...
I caught the documentary and thought, "Whoa." But if I've been reading all this right, I must have been walking around Aber with my eyes shut for the last two and a half years!
Probably taking my life into my hands here, but at the very least this looks like incentive to get fitter - still some trimming work to be done here and there really.
Any local clans? Enough newbies like me pop up from nowhere since the docu to justify a basic gym sesh? Am I clutching at straws here?
Meh. Worth a try, huh?
Though now I think of it, Penbryn probably is pretty good for this - I lived there in my first year and trudged those stairs at least twice every day...
