what muscular excercises (outside jogging) do you do?
theres many very beneficial ones to certain aspects of parkour, which to you do?
for example - calf raises, ski sits etc. (these leg exercises can also be done by practicing lower body training, precisioning the same gap over and over)
pushups, pull ups, muscle ups etc. these are all very good for your training. try wider grips on pull ups & push ups, which will work the lats alot more :-)

yeah, thats cool man.
also, i forgot to say;
try to set a schedule, choose a day for area of body
eg, Monday - Arms Tuesday - Laterals
etc etc.
or you could do Monday - All over upper body. Tuesday - lower body.
take it to an ectent that you actually tear the muscle fibres, so they grow back alot stronger :-)

*cough* running *cough*
swimming is second to running.
although swimming is excellent for (as already noted) cardio, and also helping your body to function with less respiration.. lung capacity.
running does this also. swimming adn running are prety much the ONLY 2 exercises that work the whole body.
but, running takes the edge.

I believed that swimming actually works more muscles as a whole? as legs are equally as important in swimming unlike running where legs are more dominant.
