no you can't.
of course you can. you can do it anywhere
just find soem rails, some walls, a patch of grass etc and just work on the basics

some people have got this parkour business all wrong. if you are a beginner reeem1 then you need to wait until your vision improves before you attempts anything.

vision improves?
if you mean your viewing of obstacles, i see your point but you are completely wrong.
the only way to view something differently is via training.
once you start training, you see things differently

i see what your saying, dont do anything above your level. but get out there and train. we learn from our mistakes and making mistakes is an important part of your training.

we did a balance competition on a very thin rail before, and as i got to the end, i precisioned up onto a bin, not realising that it wasn't bolted in it tipped, and nearly fell in the road, i managed to jump hop back a bit.
but i wanted to stay off the ground, and so didn't bother checking

i reckon i'll do it again soon, as a test for balance and control, try and make it so that i can make it not tip

you should antony. everyone goes on about checking surfaces but when they find something loose or not fixed down they disregard it for training purposes. surely, the fact that it may move, rock or even fall over, is something we should train on. the fact its not stable is just another obstacle.

i never really look at it in that way that is a good point i dont really disregard it though i just tend to fear it more i'll look at that in the near future just take my time though

dont get me wrong, be careful and only attempt to land or take off of unstable objects after a suitable amount of training.

good on you mate.
its good training when theres something outside of the jump to focus on.
instead of just focusing on a jump, you need to focus on the landing so much, and having complete balance
