dude - if you know how much i damged my ankle without breaking it - i need shock absorption - im not usre what your trying to say but i dont wish to argue, i vaule what you are tying to say if i understand what i think your saying it hurts for me to just walk ath the moment, if im right - your saying this kid is doing it barefoot and isnt stumblnig with pain surely if you can barely walk it isn't a very good idea to go out training i'd just rest it personally but its upto the runner i guesss

in 3 topics, haha and yeah, i forgot to say icing
don't push it hard though, just do more damage. if it is swelling up, stop training immediately, go see a GP and get it sorted

thats not due to the trainer, that would be you.
tbh, the ariakes are so bulky, and really aren't designed right. what is the need for shock absorbance on the heel?!

we all know about them, and we know sebastien sells out to the media.
with the advert, he's just completely ruined parkour, trying to get people to join. it'll lose the uniqueness to it all.
£60-£70 is embarrassing for them,
most people who have had them have destroyed them in 2-3 weeks due to poor design & mechanics. they pick up dust soon and become slippery. they have shock absorbance on the heel, they have no sensitivity they are bulky (looks like people are wearing bricks when they wear them)
tbh, so much better out there on the market for cheaper.

why are they suddenly so good just because sebastien foucan wears them? got to agree with antony on this one i wore them for a day and i hated them the grip on walls though is pretty good they just wear down to fast especially if your paying 60-70 pounds a time i think adidas have come up with a parkour/freerun range due to be released sometime this year i think just another attempt to make money out of parkour

i never claimed that they were good because of sebatien foucan, it was a general comment.
however, having sebastien foucan backing them shows that he has officially endorsed them- even though he has been paid, he won't back a crap product. this is done in many sports.

dude, its done in many sports, because they get paid LOTS of money to do so.
they give him tonnes of cash, he just says they're good. its the way it goes. his personal beliefs are pushed out the window for money.
happens in all sports as you say.
plus, sebastien made the term "freerunning" never would trust him after that.
