any one up for a training sesh this weekend also any one do late night training as im busy most weekdays and would love to do a bit of night training

and as for night training knee still a bit dodgy wait till completly healed but hopefully should be next week some time

been hospital about knee ive ripped all my ligament in my knee so night training wont be on for a couple of weeks the pills i got to take make me propa tired so dont want to risk doing any more damage

ripped all the ligaments in your knee? dude thats a MAJOR problem you could be out for years :-| some football players careers are ended because of that make sure to eat alot of protein dude best of luck with recovery

the doctor said it dont look that bad he given me strong pain killers and gota go back in 3 weeks to see how it is but hopefully shouldnt be that bad i hope.
as for protein im using whey powder after working out so getting enough protein

painkillers fail dude they just cover up the symptoms, never fixing the problem get more water and minerals
plus, you can never get too much protein. most people have whey 3/4 times a day and eat alot of meat when they aren't which gives them SO much protein
plus, eat alot of spinach its high in magnesium which encourages muscle growth
