hey I started around the same age as you, i was always a bit gymnastic and to be honest it really doesnt matter too much if you have an athletic background or not, my family is not athletic at all, so im the 1st in a long time in my family history and i dont feel it has impaired my parkour ability at all. Parkour simply trains your body and now i feel it has hugely improved my abilities in gymnastics from wat i never had too much of before the age of 14, just to simple it down, no your not tot old as long as you put the effort into training, and never push yourself too hard, it should slowly come to you Good luck Pm for any extra help ;D sorry - not the best at explaining things not in person

hi im 14 no ur not 2 old most ppl start parkour a lot older. ive been studdying it for quite some time now and ive actualy been doing it for about a year. u dont need to have any speciel skillz and abilities just sheer determination im 14 now btw and by the time im 18 with my determination level the sky is the limmit. keep at it and get sum m8s involved that way it will b more fun but wen ur training always remember training by urself can b better because u will b more confident and wont b as worried about screwing up wen nobodys watching u. i wud recomend not attempting a jump of more than 12 ft though untill your 16 ive had a 15ft fall once and broke my leg but that hasnt stopped me from continuing parkour and dont let the risks and dangers throw u off.

I started when I was around 15, the group I train with, there are two 41-and-above year olds.

I'm 14 and started at the age of 13 so it doesn't really matter what age you are just as long as you have the determination to suceed
