tell him to stop making excuses and do it. say "TRAIN HARDER THEN AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO IT" sorted.

Im pretty sure it's not because of height but maybe because of a lack of upper body strength or he is not placing his feet high enough on the wall after he jumps. Try spotting what he is doing wrong and showing him how to do it properly if he does have the upper body strength. Also you have to understand that everyone has different strengths and weaknesses and encourage him if he is improving (even if he isn't because it has a deep psycological effect, as he thinks he is improving therefore he will just because his mind is telling him to be better than last time). I hope that is more helpful than the above comments and feel free to PM if you need more help.

haha, it's cool, i wasn't meant to rant and yeah, pull ups are demon but on wall pops its calf, thigh and hamstrings muscles that are best work on them.
and upandrunning, i think a 6 foot wall isn't that difficult to get over tbh

Give a brother a leg up. It's highly efficient when you know how. To be honest, you don't need massive arm strength to get from one place to another, nor do you need amazing stamina. You need massive arm strength for powerful dynos, or professional looking climb ups, but you don't need to be huge to get over a wall. I will admit, it does help a lotTraining with more experienced traceurs is the way forwards. Learn good techniques from those who understand them. Aw yeah, dawg...

Height I have noticed really affects my Flips, Also that and the fact Im 11 Stone 5.8-5,9. I have to regularly work on Quads just to reach and beat previus heights. Its shameful but I also enjoy my stature as my area with a guy like me gets me alot of trouble, and my reflex + agility combined with well... 11 stone of Alex gives me advantage in Parkour, Free Running and well; Social dissagreements.
Conclusion being yes I beleive height may affect rotation moves but wall runs + hops I beleive its all to do with your first touch, Goodluck.
