just peeped the free running thing a few days ago and it relaly interest me.. i am a lil out the norm for the profile of a free runner i am over 40 ...anyway this sport caught my eye about 3 months ago when i saw a commercial...then i saw a piece they had on the discovery channel ....anywya i am in southern us (alabama) and i have started training..or whatever u call it.. just doing certain things i have seen on video and what i have read about..... slow movin but i am diggin it... any other southerners on here
