Hey guys my name is Mihael and I have just desided to start parkour, but I train on my own and want to know what part of the day would be the best to train. I come home from school at about 16:30 and it is usualy getting dark by that time and alot of idiots are out on playgrounds so I don't think I should train there. I am thinking of training in the mornings at about 6:30am.. Would you say it is a good idea? ;D ;D ;D Thanx

I would partially disagree with Ant and say that afterschool sessions are a win because if you hurt yourself there will be someone around and adding PK to your daily morning routine can be too much sometimes. Weekend sessions are great for spending a lot of time on practising and perfecting. Especially if you're in London as people doing PK is like finding a tourist, easy if you know the hotspots. Lol
