Clans aren't parkour. Neither are press ups.
But, if it helps you achieve your parkour goals, and it's not detracting from you or anybody else, I'm fine with that.

yamakasi is in itself its own discipline though
and i mean that generally "teams, clans, groups" etc aren't a part of your parkour
but meh if it works for you and really its only about the movement
