Hi there.
Just starting out and i've been watching a lot of parkour videos and getting alot of inspiration from them so i've decided to start training with some exercises each day.
But actually practicing parkour is a problem because i'm too embarassed to do it on my own, and theres not alot of people in Rayleigh or even spots to practice it in.
Anyone can help me out here?
Thanks again.

You shouldnt be embarassed, parkour is all about the art of movement and to be free. it doesnt matter weather your on your own to train, but it is good to be with someone else or a group.
