Milton Keynes - Where to Start?

Im 24, and would love to start parkour. I used to skateboard for about 4-5 years and dabble in Aikido and taekwondo when i can.

Where do i start? Is there a club that meets at a venue or street corner?

The sooner im backflipping off of walls the better.....

Hi

MK Parkour run classes on Sundays 3pm - 5pm at Denbigh School, Burchard Crescent, Shenley Church End, Milton Keynes MK5 6EX (entrance is via the leisure centre)

... and also on Friday evenings at Kingston gymnastics centre (not sure of times for these as I'm a bit of a newb but I think it's 6 till 8).
