Hey guys I'm Lee and just recently started doing Parkour with my friend Grant. My only problem is my self confidence which prevents me from learning anything new in fear that I'll fall and injure myself or just make a complete fool of myself. Can anyone offer any tips on how to get around this problem?

(at)leehunter i struggled with that at first too but confidence is the key to learning new tricks and becoming better ... i recommend finding a field where you can practice dive and shoulder rolls alone, in learning that you should build some confidence, then maybe you can practice wall ups on a small ledge and work your way up... btw that first bit of confidence is not granted its earned. good luck
