westsussexparkour.freeforums.biz/forum.htm basically, i created a site for west sussex freerunners, tirckers etc, seeing as there wasnt a specific one. invite people you know to it and i'll do the same, and hopefully i can get it to expand and we can sort a real freerun community out!

I am from Worthing I'm only 16 and I am completely new to parkour I know a few basic vaults but I've had no real training, I would love to meet someone experienced in the area that could help? Even if you don't want to meet up and train, maybe just some tips on how to start out in the area? Thanks, Brett
