Hey i'm new to the sport and where should i start like what area to focus on first. Plus are there any parkour sessions in the Lincoln area?

the first thing i started on was just my general physical fitness, start conditioning your body for the strain it will go under and start very small i started drilling rolls and precision jumps at walking or small heights until you have them down to a tee. then start trying little vaults and combos. o and if you serious bout it get yourself a good pair of running trainers, i went to sports world and got myself some reduced rock climbing shoes and i must say they give great support and unbelievable grip !

well im perfecting my Rolls from standing to diving. im also learning flips as well as B kick and b twist

good start dude if you follow some you tube vids of parkour revalations they give some epic warm up and training drills
