Hey guys
Im Oz and im 20 years old, im a black belt in JuJitsu but after my club closed and almost 3 years doing a computer course at uni my fitness went to pot! so for the last few months ive been getting things back on gear (gym and healthy eating) and ive decided that parkour will be a fun and interesting way to really boost my fitness and hopefully find a great new sport!
I know im a bit old to be starting out but im willing to put the time and effort in to really give things a go.
Im still cuttning a bit of weight but my strengths coming back quickly but i wanted to ask if you guys could suggest some starting tips!
im 6ft 2inches and just under 14 stone so ive still got another stone or so to drop! but i was wondering what sort of strength training you guys started out with to give you the ability to start out? (ive been watching some videos online and i know i cant fling myself about like you guys yet! lol) so what should i do? and what should i be able to do to start practising?
So literally a from 'average jo' to 'parkour ready' training scheme lol
