So I have been watching vids and i'm totally ready to start but I have some problems. When ever I try anything i get scared and mess it up completely. I cant even do a safety role correctly on grass. And second im 14 and I only why 105 pounds and i'm super weak. I cant do 1 pull up and I often get made fun of for my strength. And lastly I get embarrassed easily and I don't want to practice in front of people which does not let me do anything unless im completely alone. I hope some of you went threw the same problems and could help me thank you in advance.

I am going through the exact problem now, I live in an area where there is no parkour gyms or parks around I'm also 14 so I can't drive to one, I'm a girl and I'm not strong. My plan is to go walking at least once a week to build up my leg muscles, try building your arm muscles by training to fight, all you need is an open space. If you do decide to go walking look out for possible spots to practice parkour that meet your standereds/needs. Also don't worry what others think, there's a high possibility you'll never see that person again and even if you do they won't remember you, so go on and don't worry about the judgement of others.
**please reply if you have seen this as I also want to start parkour and need help**

Hey there, both of you. Well, seeing as your fourteen, not a bad age to start at, alot start younger, which is somewhat easier due to the speed and agility they have. First of all. I suggest watching the videos of "Ronnie Street Stunts"
Second of all, take it easy, slow, and smoothly, Remember it'll take time.
To build up your muscles, eat healthy foods, even if its just a chicken sandwhich with some chips. Better than nothing. Try to lift weights, you can start off with like, 1-3 pound weights, then go up to 4,5,6 with progression.
Remember not to push yourself. And to try to do parkour in a safe environment.
You can use only simple objects if you want to
For example, jumping off a bed, then doing a safety roll, Jumping from curb to curb while balancing yourself, Placing a wooden board crooked on a wall Then doing a wall flip.
Now, don't feel embarrassed, neither listen to anyway who makes fun of you, ignore them.
Don't even try to go around them, if you ever have the chance to find a nice positive person, thats your best bet.
Anyway, stay motivated.
