Hey! I can't say im experianced, but i've done stuff along the lines of PK 4 the last year! We could really get something set up between Bath and Bristol! i'm a resident in both and i can definatly tell you where there are good spots, most of the Bristol ones have been listed, but Bath has got something as well! The gym sounds like a good idea, just need details! please, anyone who is in Bath, Preferably, or Bristol who's interested in meeting whenever, add me on msn, or email me (at) thefter(at)hotmail.com

Hi everyone!
i've been looking for something like this for a while now. always got the erg to just randomly do flips and stuff like that. haven't had the bollocks to do any parkour yet but i've taught myself how to do a messy backflip and a flip to standing from lying down.
I thought it would be useful to have a list of everyones email addresses for those who want to keep in contact:
liamc17(at)hotmail.com mentalmatt2004(at)gmail(dot)com thebritishippie(at)hotmail.com no1bobbydazzler(at)hotmail.com wurzelwwody(at)hotmail.com b667783(at)hotmail.co.uk the_avant_guards(at)hotmail.com Brookesy27(at)hotmail.com danaman456(at)hotmail.com alwaysunderestimated (at) hotmail (dot) com thefter(at)hotmail.com
my address is henrynics(at)hotmail.com
I'm at bristol uni at the mo so if theres ever anything happening it would be great to get together. I'm curious to know how old everyone is? Probably quite a spread.... i'm 20.

Safe!
im SEAZ [luke] from bristol UWE, i am also 20, to be fair i can't do any flips but i ve been trying a little of parkour - jumps, wall climbs & cat grabs. practiced these at my uni campus - only done maybe 5 hrs practice in total. i ve started small obviuosly but there is some real challanging stuff. next time its dry and i can go i'll try and grab some photos. anyway theres a group meeting up on the 9th Feb i think its a wed. they are meeting at castle park roughly about 11, a bit early. but should be good to learn. i ll prob gunna b there - plus castle park and area's in town are real good for pk.

hey dudes i got a sick place 4 freerunning. if u r any good try the blocks of flats up in kingsdown, bristol. theres like Carolina house, Freemantle house etc all near stokes croft. theres loads of levels, rails and big drops to grass. just watch out 4 needles and plan your routes. theres a bit of a drug scene and some trampy squaters. ps.this smiley is joke ;D
