It seems there are lots of young guys doing Parkour.. Im a little concerned that I may be too old.. (27)
I have a large gymnastics background and excellent awareness of my body in space.. Seen the various vids online and would love to give it a go..
I have a house just off Hillgrounds and it seems there are quite a few of you in Kempston..
Any other guys around my age in the Bedford area?? or do any of you youngsters mind a crazy oldy joinging you occasionally..

Do you know where the Train station is on Ashburnamn road(i tihnk its called that) is?
we could start there then move onto oasis swimming pool area, its hard on saturday because offices are open and working and the Bedford northwing hospital is open, it is a good place there but we got rudely kicked off today! only really ok after 5/6. anyway, to repeat, Do you know where the Train station is??
