I think an MK team, or maybe a few different teams would be excellent to get ppls' skills up to scratch. Stuff like: distance jumps, depth jumps, vaults, grabs, plants and different types of take offs, rolls and landings. Also, if the bloke called Dave from Buckingham reads this, could u please get MSN and leave ure address here so I can add u. Me and Roo live pretty near Buckingham, and could do with someone local to go do PK in MK. So, everyone get off their butts, get some practise in and lets meet up and get started. Lastly, soz I couldn't make it to the practise on Sunday 9th. Exams are the bane of my life lol.
Hey guys, totally up for anything PK related in MK or surrounding areas.
Really want to attend a meet/jam Can I suggest Saturday 22nd. and start with people putting thier names down who wants to attend! so saturday morning, say milton keynes train station for the meeting point and we'll go from there!
I'll start by putting my name down and my mates who are also up for it.
Saturday 22nd sounds good. Hopefully Roofus will see this and let us know if he can make it. Actually, he works on Saturdays, so that might be a no-go for Roo, but we could still meet up. In fact, anyone who can turn up then for definite, can u leave me an email at:
(Please put the subject as 'PKMK')
Meet at the weird sculpture in the centre of the train station courtyard.
Basically, I think this meeting should be a chance to see where everyone is at and what everyone is capable of. I've been jumping from heights for a few years, but I don't really feel as though this classifies as Parkour. Personally, I'm willing to put in a tonne of training and really want to just improve my fluidity (and learn a few nifty aerials on the way ) and understanding of the sport.
Well as the only names down at the minute for definates are me and my friends i'm sure people wouldn't mind changing the day to sunday, I think it's worth it if someone with experience can join us! just a thought ? but will still be out saturday at train station incase other people prefer saturday!!! so basically we'll be out all weekend.
well jon cant make it till 2 and ive posted on another site to meet at 2 as well.... so you guys can jst do your thing and other ppl will meet you at 2 at the arranged place.... i might come out on sunday if ppl are goin .... do you guys have msn ?
well the original plan is to meet at mk on sat, thats when hopefully more ppl will come coz i posted on urban free flow as well..... i cant come coz im workin but my mate jonny is... i might go down on sunday coz i prolly wont have n e thing better to do....

Hey, for anyone who doesn't know, this is the same person posting under Jon in this forum as well, but I've finally got round to signing up lol.
Ben, don't worry about it. Here's what we'll do if u want:
Everyone can meet up, at the train station courtyard near the sculpture on Sat 22nd of Jan just like Roofus said. Anyone who can't go then, can go to the Jam on Sunday instead. I'll probably go on the Saturday, and Roo will probably go on the Sunday.
Ben, if you come on the Saturday, and I'll meet u there and u can definitely go round in a group with me, (and roo if he's there).
Out of interest, how old r u (Ben), and r u still at school? If u are, which school are u at, cos it would be pretty freaky if u were at the Royal Latin as well lol. Let us know, or email me at jonnysith2001(at)hotmail.com (put the proper sign in where the (at) is lol Maybe we can meet up and go see where there is 2 run in Bucks after school sometime.
So, just cos I've confused myself now (lol ) the dates are:
Sat 22 - 2.00 onwards Sun 23 - 2.00 (the time just makes sense, cos then everyone's had time to eat, and the centre is beginning to empty of most of the shoppers by that time) ;D
C u soon ppl, and don't worry about it Ben (lol, Buckingham 'crew' 4ever
