For everyone who wants to practise in a gym.... The gym that we have been going to recently is in liverpool, its called 'Park Road Sports Centre' and it has everything, sprung floors, mats, foam pits, trampolines, trampetes, blocks, beams, bars etc. Its costs £3.10 for 2 hours and is available to anyone of any level and you can do whatever you want with no instructors. It is an open gym session so there may be martial artists, break dancers etc. To fin out more their number is 0151 709 5395 www.drop-zone.tk

that would be great for a newbie like me just to get to grips with some basics rather than cracking my head off a pavement!

Ok, i've checked out northgate arena and all they have is mats and some small gym equipment, so it wouldnt be that good there, this place is a proper gymnastics gym, i think that beth carter is it? trained there. Anyway the day its on is a wednesday at the moment, and the session starts at 7:30 - 9:00pm. We have been getting the train from hartford to liverpool, and then a bus to where it is. I think the bus u need to get is the 82 to Speke, it stops right outside it. and goes from the stops near St.Johns shopping mall. Also you could get the train from chester, which goes every half an hour.

would be good to have a gym to use, but it is far away, might be better if we could enquire to northgate, see what they have, and maybe supply our own equipment. make a club as such

the gym is a real good idea to get the basics down and try other things with safety of mats and stuff
