Hey guys. Im from PLymouth too and im interested in Parkour. It would be real cool if there was a parkour group in Plymouth and I think we should have our own site as well.

Hey guys, I'm a Marine based in Plymouth & want to get into Free Running.
Cant seem to find any groups to meet up withyet.
I have the use of a fairly good gym on camp so if we get something sorted, I can try & book our gym weekly (for free) if any of you guys know how to train for it.

Hi, My Name is Nathan....I want to start learning how to do Parkour/Free-running, because I've always wanted to be good at something hard, so I'm going to do this. Nice to see there's more of us who want to do it.

My crew and I are from Cornwall but Plymouth seems to be the best place to go for a PK session, if there are any jams be sure to let us know, we go there a bit but sure there are lots of sweet places we have yet to find.

hey everyone, i'm really interested in starting parkour. Are there any groups or anything in plymouth? i had no idea that so many people in plymouth were interested. I can think of some good spots, but i would rather practice in a gym or something to begin with. If anyone wants to meet up and try some stuff then add me on msn mcraigy(at)hotmail.com
