Hiya all, we are 40 and 29y/o's ( OAP's to u lot) who would be interested in joining in some parkour!! It is obvious that some basic level of fitness is required and it might be good if a group could meet for some basic excercise at one of the local parks?? As we are both full time workers we would endeavour to meet as much as we could work permitting. We would be interested in any feedback.....

This sounds great i will be there on sat, will have my camera gear with me as parkour is going to be my editorial project for uni, everyone ok with that?

Hey guys it's been a while. Me and Danja have been talking, basically we were thinking would be good to get something going again, but not now (nasty winter is on us). We'd be looking to start something up come Spring Summer '06 hopefully...

hi im new to the forums, i been doing parkour for a few months now, are some of you meeting at the bournemouth big tv screen next saturday? because i would love to come if its ok with you guys im 16, i cant do flips, but im good at basic parkour and would love to learn how to do more complicated things or flips if you are meeting on saturday what time? im free all day and i live in bournemouth (moordown/winton)

hi is there anyone in North Dorset with the time and patience to help an older but fairly fit person learn this sport. It looks amazing and I would love to learn. I run regularly but not sure what to do now.
