The 'turn vault' is similar to a two hand vault. This technique allows you to pass over an obstacle and get into the position seen in a arm jump/climb up. These are a good technique to learn as they can greatly reduce the height/drop of a "jump", and therefore, have less wear and tear on the legs into the next movements.
i like these vaults, i tryed a lazy vault into a 2m drop, lent to far forward cut my face up and fractured a finger. lol i thought it was a little scratch and wanted to do it again till my mates forced me to goto the medical room, i was at school.
It is not that because things are dificult we do not dare, it is because we do not dare things are difficult
