try the train station subway area, devil's kitchen ledge, dolphin centre would be cool if you can get away with it (i never could on a skateboard)!the playpark in poole park is a nice place for a beginner but th best place ive found is the subway under the roundabout in Broadstone.

Also the subway leading from poole park to the skate park is good for practising to wall ru, with a slightly sloping wall. Castle point and bournemouth uni are also good spots.

D Jez here Iz been a while. Me and Danja have been talking, and were thinking about starting something come Spring/Summer '06. Things stopped last time just 'cause everyone just stopped coming. We had just me and one other person for two weeks in a row, so stopped cause didn't wanna keep going like that But yeah, would well be up for picking it up. And for all original crew reading...within the next week, the fully finished, mastered video of the footage I shot will be available for download. Spread the word, it's gonna be good! D Jez

Hi, Its Hatty again, just like to say that PK is whatever you beleive it is. But me and louisa look at it more as a flowing, spontaenious (however thats spelt) impulse to do something. We stopped coming because we didn't like the whole, stay in one spot for an hour then move on thing. We do quite a bit of PK around Bmth and Poole at the weekends, but we just walk around, see a spot, do something, move on. We'll start running, see a ledge and vault it, then spot a wall and perform a sort of preciscion. However, i'd like to train a bit more as well - I heard a few of my old school friends hired a gym with equipment for the day back in December. If anyone feels like doing the same then mail me at my new new e-mail:
manta_grommet(at)hotmail.co.uk
Thanks
Hatty
(Look forward to seeing this video . . .)

Both the train station in Poole itself and the surrounding subways are excellent areas to train, also checkout the surrounding car park areas beneath the spiral ramp.Really explore the whole station there is SO much to do there. The rocks round holes bay are excellent proprioception and such. The top level of(and surroundings) the Old orchard multistorey carpark are good do, see tree across the road . The area around the Salvation Army hq is good and theres some good stuff at the nearby park on the asdas roundabout. The orange bricked area by sainsbury's/wetherspoons is cool checkout the alley as well. The area out side the Lighthouse and nearby carpark is cool. So is the surroundings of the dolpin pool. (oh crap just realised how old this is!!! ) Of course poole park is good. want to train then contact me through southcoastparkour(dot)co(dot)uk coolio , However below is not coolio "just like to say that PK is whatever you beleive it is"
