I am doing parkour and i hurt my back and i didn't think it was bad but then i kept doing flips and now it's really sore. Anyone got any advice on how to make it better like streches or anything? if so can you explain it to detail! thanQ for your help and time

rest!
best thing to do, but still, if you're out and it aches, probably just like lean back, trying to look behind you.
also, keep it straight at all times.

Is your back, back now I just screwed mine (got some Sciatica throw in as well), almost ready to roll again. Spent 4 weeks walking it off!

If you stretch a muscle in your back or pull a muscle... just rest... consult your doctor or a local physio if you are in serious pain..
