Doing some damage? Please explaint his? Also write in full english cos i had to read it twice.. ! Also its a rule on the board.. sorry mate like i said i will try to type in english and as for doing some damage i ment you could end up breaking some bones or landing on your head lol well to be honest i know people that have trained for 3 years + that have never had a serious injury. I have never had a serious injury picked up some scrapes and bruises along the way. If you train safely and correctly there is a very low risk of injury!

agreed. i have 1 small scar on my shin from a misjudged precision, in 4 years of training. accidents happen but they are generally quite small and incidental, as long as you are training at your level.

yeah you only really gain a bad injury if you try something beyond your level. MY friend does free running so once i tried a backflip and dislocated my knee. Very stupid. I didnt try it again in a hurry lol

well basically i tried it massivly under rotated and hit my knee on the concrete and totally messed up my whole leg, and forced my knee out of place. OUch a nice afternoon in a and e. At least i can doit now
