does anyone have one lazy person in there parkour group? for example a guy i train with always claims he will come out and practice some parkour,however as soon as girls turn up he moves away with them? is there anytihnk i can do to get him back into parkour? because the other guys i train with seem to be getting very annoyed and so am i to be onest
anyone else having these problems?

haha sorry! Maybe he doesn't feel parkour is a huge part of his life maybe just a small hobby. Its up to him in the end.

There's always one, as you say. I have met dozens, literally.
If he doesn't train, screw him. It's no skin off your nose, as it were. He is accountable for his own actions, and if he doesn't want to invest the time necessary to progress and develop, it's not your problem.
I find my time is better spent helping those who actually want to learn.

fair enough thanks i think my time could be better spent anyway instead of telling him to get up and do sometihnk ill just worry about my training and the people that do want to train

Ye i totally agree, imsponsored for parkour in jersey channel islands, and we didnt get there by laziness. So i suggest giving him an ultimatum, and question his dedication to your success. Good Luck with it anyway

I wouldn't even bother with ultimatums. I've seen layabouts and talented individuals alike leave the parkour community here. None of them needed a push; some people just stop turning up while others turn up even more.

Yer i suppose but if u wana get sponsored then the team cant afford to have lazy people, thats what happened to my team so they got kicked out and now wer sponsored

Parkour is a discipline and for many a way of life.

i totally agree, however i was only pointing out that those whose aim it is to be sponsored cant have lazy people. of course it isnt about getting sponsored, i was only sponsored by chance because someone seen us i onnly do it for enjoyment.
