thought id start a new thread as its starting to get colder by the day whats every one wearing to train in as i only got a big bomber jacket that gets in the way any one got some advice on wot to wear

Wear plenty of thin layers. Hats and long sleeves are useful.

I tend to wear a t shirt and a light hoody but not baggy. Cos i find that too much weighs you down

nike compression if it is really that cold or if it isn't to bad.. long sleeve t-shirt then a few short sleeve on top..!

ok
personally i just go for a long sleeved shirt
when you go out training, your body heats up anyway, and so if you keep exercising, you keep warm. iof you stop training, you get cold if you get cold, you need to train more
