how do u train to improve parkour....dont be shy c'mon tell us how u train to improve Ur game i used to do body weight exercises such as one legged squats pressup and chin up etc but i stoped because after 2- 3 weeks of doin them i didn't realize any improvement but i plan on using these exercises in this link www.teamtraceur.com/goodies/rip_article_1.html

i do bodyweight exercises, such as pressups, situps, lunges etc. weight training with free weights only and obviously our training sessions which tend to last a good 4/5 hours.

I do training at least every other day, i do bodyweight exercises (pushups, situps and dips) and i do some free weights but light to build up endurance, like weight on ma chest while i do situps and benchpress a low weight (14kg) Also what is good is an exercise bike

i ride a bike wich is alot betta then exercise bike.... and i ride my bike from wer i live to pitsea then do wot eva with friends etc till i av to ride my bike back home again and o yes u can feel the burn at sum points of the journey
