Hello all, this is Brad from worldwide jam and swift-freedom.com. This is basically a message going out to any newer Essex traceurs or someone that isn't familair with The Essex parkour Portal, www.swift-freedom.com. The Essex scene is growing rapidly and is showing alot of talent in the world of parkour. www.swift-freedom.com is a place to consolidate traceurs form all over Essex in order to more easily meet up for training and ge to know one anohter for the growth and development of parkour in Essex. The site has been up as a portal for a year now, and supports the Essex Parkour scene, so if you aren't a member yet, sign up for free, for use of the forums, pictures and video hosting. We have alot of things coming up in the future which will hopefully include trips etc, so sign up, and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via the site. All the best, hope to see some new members! Brad

Also on UKPKA the threads stay on parkour. on siwft they just turn into stupid comments. How dare you. It's the very reason I joined SWIFT back in early '06. It was the humour and how relaxed it was. Otherwise, it'd just seem like every other UK-based-parkour-website. But since SWIFT members are on UKPKA, I might as well jump on the bandwagon, so here I am. . . . . So wheres the humour? Edit: Yeah I know what you mean Brad. Most of us can tell the difference between work and play, I just thought I'd have some fun when training parkour. Sorry:'( All work and no play makes HenryT a dull boy.

I don't appreciate that to be honest. Yes we are very relxed on there because we all know one another, but it is a place to discuss and work on Essex parkour.
This thread was to show any newcomers a good place to head for learning in Essex. Leave it be.
